You'll join an autonomous team building and improving enterprise endpoint infrastructure at Wave, making Africa the first cashless continent. Your work will directly impact employee productivity as you own the entire endpoint stack and drive fleet management at scale. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain endpoint management infrastructure for macOS, ChromeOS, Windows, iOS, Android.
• Deliver fleet management efficiencies via bespoke software and open-source tooling.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps-driven solutions for fleet management.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for fleet management across multiple clouds and geographies.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Endpoint Engineer.
• Experience managing multiple international sites including single sites of 2,000+ endpoints.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Powershell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf PRO, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Intune.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with open source endpoint management tools like Salt, Puppet, Munki.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST.
• Speak French or are interested in learning.
