Description

You will create user-centered content such as guides, release notes, and other customer-facing materials for Precisely's software and data products. Working in an Agile environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex technical information into clear documentation, leveraging LLM-based tools to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical writing experience in software/tech industry
• BA/BS in technical communications or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with LLM-based tools and AI agents for content creation
• Experience with DITA, structured authoring, and XML editors (oXygen, xMetaL, or Arbortext)
• Expert knowledge of English language

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and write effective user-centered content for product areas
• Create plans and schedules for assigned products and initiatives
• Apply LLM-based tools to support documentation workflows
• Work with stakeholders for plan input, signoff, and status communication
• Manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
