Description

You will own and grow relationships with mid-enterprise and large investment firms, guiding them from onboarding to long-term maturity. Your role focuses on driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Support to align client goals with platform capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, SaaS account management, or similar client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and institutional/HNW investment lifecycle
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Glean, Claude Code) and platforms (Salesforce, Pendo)
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support
  • Work authorized in the United States without employer sponsorship
