💼 About This Role

You'll provide surgical assistance and organ preservation for donor grafts, supporting organ procurement teams in the OR. Your work ensures donor organs are safely packaged per OPTN guidelines. You'll be a key part of a mission-driven team improving transplant outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pack supplies and set up OR using aseptic technique.
• Package donor organs per OPTN guidelines.
• Collaborate on best practice protocols with Quality and Operations.
• Train and evaluate new team members.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Science or equivalent transplant experience.
• Experience in pre-operative and post-operative care for 20 heart transplants and 20 lung transplants.
• Cumulative experience of at least 20 thoracic transplants over the last 2 years.
