You'll lead Revenue Recovery products including DRG and Medical Necessity Denials, driving operational performance and client satisfaction for a specialty RCM company. You'll set strategic direction, manage teams, and ensure regulatory compliance in a remote-first environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define departmental goals, financial targets, and KPIs aligning with company objectives.
  • Oversee development of quality and productivity metrics for Revenue Recovery.
  • Lead hiring, training, performance reviews, and workload distribution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders on strategic planning.
  • Participate in high-level client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field.
  • 7-10 years progressive leadership in healthcare reimbursement.
  • 5+ years in clinical denials or inpatient claims environments.
  • Strong understanding of inpatient coding and DRG reimbursement methodology.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Active CCS, RHIT, or RHIA certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale data/reporting tools.
