Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing cooling systems, conducting performance checks, and responding to service calls, including emergencies. You'll work independently with extensive travel in the Tampa, Florida area.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and via email
• Must reside in Tampa, Florida area and be available for after-hours and weekend call outs

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC system components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
