💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. Your fandom knowledge will drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store, including register processing and closing.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
