💼 About This Role

You'll lead the build-out of enterprise systems at a venture-backed space tech company. You'll own the ERP architecture, data model, and integrations across engineering, operations, and finance. This role blends strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on implementation in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead NetSuite ERP selection, implementation, and administration.
• Own enterprise data model and ensure consistency across functions.
• Build integrations between ERP and CRM, MES, QMS, etc.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate workflows into system configs.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on NetSuite experience required.
• Led a NetSuite ERP implementation from evaluation to go-live.
• Experience with NetSuite administration including SuiteScripts.
• Ability to obtain a Secret or Top-Secret clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace or defense regulated hardware.
• Familiarity with CMMC, ITAR, and export control requirements.
• Exposure to Salesforce, QMS, or MES systems.
