💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and rollout of interactive and commerce-led engagement formats for the Hindi cluster at JioHotstar. You'll translate show IP into interactive experiences that deepen engagement and unlock new monetization. This role sits at the intersection of content, product, commerce, and partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead interactivity charter for Hindi cluster across business units
• Translate audience moments into interactive product briefs
• Design monetization layers within interactive experiences
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of interactive launches

📋 Requirements

• 6-9 years experience in digital product management or interactive entertainment
• Track record of launching consumer-facing interactive products at scale
• Strong product sensibility to write briefs and drive engineering teams
• Working knowledge of digital commerce funnels and monetization models

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in OTT, broadcast media, or fantasy sports
• Familiarity with Hindi entertainment content formats
• Exposure to live streaming interactivity or shoppable video
