Description

You will represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and property division. You'll draft legal documents, conduct research, attend court hearings, and collaborate with support staff. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact by helping families during challenging times.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in good standing
• 2-7 years of experience in family law litigation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law changes
• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting cases effectively
• Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the legal process
