Description

You will provide IT support for both remote and on-site Carvana locations, handling hardware, software, networking, and security systems. You'll travel up to 60% to set up new sites, while also managing helpdesk tickets and supporting internal users.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Advanced skills administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and network services
• Experience with Meraki Security Appliances
• Intermediate skills supporting MS Office suite, especially Outlook and Office 365

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 60% to set up and support remote Carvana locations (desktop, server, network, security surveillance, AV)
• Communicate with internal/external users and vendors on project timelines and completions
• Handle IT issues and requests from PC and Mac users via calls, emails, and walk-ups
• Monitor system performance and maintain networked computer systems for availability, reliability, and security
• Participate in hardware refresh projects and maintain IT inventory
