💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end learning design for PointClickCare customers, partners, and internal teams across all customer segments. You'll diagnose adoption gaps and design workflow-based learning journeys that drive customer confidence and value. You'll own the evaluation strategy by measuring impact and iterating with data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead learning initiatives end-to-end, managing timelines and stakeholder collaboration.
• Design and develop eCourses, videos, job aids, live event materials, and in-app support.
• Define success metrics and iterate learning solutions based on data and feedback.
• Contribute to innovation by applying new tools and approaches to improve learning quality.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years designing adult learning solutions for software products or complex processes.
• Expertise in learning design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, agile) including evaluation.
• Advanced skill with modern authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Canva, Parta.io, Clueso) and AI-enabled tech.
• Data-informed mindset: define learning success metrics and use insights for iteration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Education/certification in instructional design, adult education, or learning experience design.
• Experience with healthcare software and/or LTPAC / senior living industry.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare solutions and product release cycles.
