You'll lead post-sales technical support for complex customer environments, driving SLA performance and knowledge management initiatives. You'll collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to influence the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end post-sales technical support for complex customer environments
• Proactively identify systemic gaps and champion customer-first mindset
• Author high-quality KB articles from root cause analyses
• Exercise independent judgment for escalation paths to engineering

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and 7+ years of technical support experience
• Hands-on experience with Data Privacy and Security technologies (DLP, Encryption, Access, Classification)
• Expertise in Linux and Bash scripting, Networking, Cloud Platforms, Docker/Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Zendesk or similar support systems

• Understanding of Data Security and Privacy regulations
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
