💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale our Genesys Cloud CX practice, leading enterprise contact center transformations. You'll own P&L responsibility, drive innovation in AI-powered routing and omnichannel orchestration, and establish thought leadership in CCaaS delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery governance and oversight for Genesys Cloud CX implementations
• Manage P&L including revenue growth, margin optimization, and resource utilization
• Develop and execute practice strategy aligned with market opportunities
• Support complex strategic engagements as trusted advisor to C-suite

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in contact center technology consulting or delivery
• Deep expertise in Genesys Cloud CX platform capabilities
• Experience leading a practice or delivery team with P&L ownership
• Client-facing experience at executive level in enterprise environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Genesys Cloud CX certification
• Experience with AI-driven routing and digital bots
• Proven track record of building partnerships with technology vendors
