You'll provide onsite IT support for the Department of Veterans Affairs at the Jonathan M. Wainwright VA Medical Center, performing system administration and troubleshooting on mission-critical networks. This role offers full government benefits and stable pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.
• Perform on-site desktop support, imaging, and hardware deployment.
• Track and document issues using Service Now ticketing system.
• Conduct system monitoring and performance analysis using SCOM.

📋 Requirements

• HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of system administration experience or a BS degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting high availability systems and networks.
• Knowledge of debugging protocols and processes.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
• Familiarity with scripting and McAfee tools.
• Experience with asset management and inventory processes.
