💼 About This Role

You'll lead a dedicated Revenue Growth Team to upsell Dynamic Revenue Plus to existing hotel clients. You'll coach a team of experts transitioning from hotel revenue management to consultative SaaS sales. This role uniquely blends hands-on hospitality expertise with sales leadership in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Revenue Growth Consultants.
  • Set clear performance expectations and drive target achievement.
  • Own regional sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product on GTM strategy.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a sales team (sales, account management, or reservations).
  • Deep current knowledge of hotel pricing, distribution, yield management, and commercial strategy.
  • Demonstrated coaching ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
  • CRM expertise (preferably Salesforce) for pipeline analysis.

  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with upsell or add-on motions.
  • Familiarity with Dynamic Revenue Plus or similar revenue management tools.
