You'll support the launch of a robotic surgical technology and work alongside surgeons and clinical teams. You'll cultivate strong relationships and drive early program success in a rapidly scaling organization. This role offers deep exposure to clinical and commercial operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support system launch and procedural success across assigned accounts
• Train surgeons and OR staff on system setup and workflow
• Track surgeon progression through onboarding milestones
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning and account development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in medical device sales or B2B background
• Ability to travel upwards to 75%
• Achieve clinical proficiency within 60 days post-training

• Proficient in OR training and procedural support
• Fluent in Spanish preferred
