Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Commercial Management, or related areas
- Proven commercial experience in banking or financial segment
- Experience with PJ banking products and solutions (credit, acquiring, cash management)
- Knowledge of commercial negotiation, needs analysis, and sales cycle
- CRM and commercial systems proficiency
Responsibilities
- Act externally with daily visits to clients and prospects
- Manage and develop a PJ client portfolio, combining base service with active prospecting
- Generate new business and strengthen commercial relationships
- Act consultatively with decision makers, identifying needs and structuring financial solutions
- Monitor portfolio indicators and drive results
