๐ผ About This Role
You'll own enablement across Amplitude's post-sales organization, designing programs that drive behavior change for customer-facing technical roles. You'll translate a bold new operating model into learning experiences that stick, partnering with leadership to shape AI-first engagement strategies and measure impact through KPIs.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous enablement programs for post-sales roles
- Drive AI-first enablement to build AI fluency across the team
- Define and track KPIs connecting enablement to post-sales outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of enablement, program management, or learning development experience
- Demonstrated ability to design enablement programs driving measurable behavior change
- Experience enabling customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, etc.)
- Strong understanding of post-sales motion including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Amplitude or similar digital analytics platforms
- Experience building partner enablement programs
- Exposure to AI-first tools or workflow automation
