You'll own enablement across Amplitude's post-sales organization, designing programs that drive behavior change for customer-facing technical roles. You'll translate a bold new operating model into learning experiences that stick, partnering with leadership to shape AI-first engagement strategies and measure impact through KPIs.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous enablement programs for post-sales roles
  • Drive AI-first enablement to build AI fluency across the team
  • Define and track KPIs connecting enablement to post-sales outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of enablement, program management, or learning development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to design enablement programs driving measurable behavior change
  • Experience enabling customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success, Professional Services, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of post-sales motion including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Amplitude or similar digital analytics platforms
  • Experience building partner enablement programs
  • Exposure to AI-first tools or workflow automation
