Description

You will serve as the primary technical partner for back office teams, integrating AI into their workflows. You'll identify and build solutions using Jump's internal AI platform, from prototyping to deployment, while establishing best practices for responsible AI use.

Requirements

• 2+ years professional software engineering or applied AI experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI applications
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value use cases for AI in back office teams
• Build solutions using Jump's internal AI platform
• Own full lifecycle of AI solutions from discovery to deployment
• Establish best practices for prompting, agent design, and evaluation
• Collaborate with R&D and infrastructure to unlock new capabilities
