You'll shape user journeys informed by A/B testing and behavioral data, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and prototype new features for growth initiatives
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams
• Contribute to and evolve the design system
• Identify and remove friction points in user flows
• Mentor other designers to improve design practice quality

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Product Design experience
• At least 2 years in a senior or staff-level growth role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on growth metrics
• Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
