🎯 What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot escalated hardware and software issues
  • Liaise with product and R&D teams for resolution
  • Participate in technical QA audits
  • Guide BPO Tier 1 agents on standard cases

📋 Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in SaaS or hardware
  • Data-driven mindset with CSAT and SLA awareness
  • Ability to independently diagnose product issues
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems like Zendesk
