🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot escalated hardware and software issues
- Liaise with product and R&D teams for resolution
- Participate in technical QA audits
- Guide BPO Tier 1 agents on standard cases
📋 Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in SaaS or hardware
- Data-driven mindset with CSAT and SLA awareness
- Ability to independently diagnose product issues
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems like Zendesk
