Description

You will design and operate the secure infrastructure powering Inflection AI's workplace, leveraging AI to automate workflows and reduce manual friction. This leadership role involves building a strategic internal tools platform, managing IT operations, and ensuring organizational integrity through collaboration with Security and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve secure-by-design IT infrastructure for distributed workforce
• Develop internal tools platform using AI to automate workflows
• Manage employee equipment lifecycle and core IT operations
• Orchestrate data integrations across enterprise systems (HRIS, ATS, CRM)
• Design and enforce identity-centric access controls with Security and Legal
