• Drive sales goals by leading flow initiatives and optimizing productivity
• Engage with customers to build client relationships daily
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture
• Assist with shipment processing and visual merchandising

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
