Description

You will lead voice infrastructure projects, serving as the subject matter expert, and collaborate across teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide voice solutions. You'll ensure the VoIP network is reliable, scalable, and efficiently provisioned for customers while troubleshooting and optimizing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or equivalent experience
• 8+ years experience in telecommunications
• Expert-level knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols
• Expert-level experience with Session Border Controllers in carrier-grade environments
• Proficiency with network sniffer tools like Wireshark, Empirix

Responsibilities

• Lead voice infrastructure projects as the Subject Matter Expert
• Act as lead Voice/Telephony resource for Sales, Operations, and Product teams
• Design, review, analyze, evaluate, upgrade, expand, troubleshoot, and maintain the voice network
• Configure Ribbon Communications and AudioCodes telephony systems and SBCs
• Train and mentor junior team members
