💼 About This Role

You'll own the Product Development Lifecycle as a product, driving operational rigor across a multi-product organization. You'll treat internal processes, analytics, and tooling as products with PMs and engineers as customers, measuring success through business impact. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping a fast-moving Product org work smarter at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the PDLC, identifying friction and gaps across product lines
• Maintain prioritized roadmap and backlog for your own work
• Partner with PMs to improve discovery, prioritization, and release readiness
• Drive adoption of AI tools into the PDLC for faster workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Manager, Product Ops Manager, or Program Manager in a Product Org
• Proven experience treating internal processes and tooling as products
• Deep familiarity with PDLC at scale across multiple products and teams
• Hands-on experience implementing product management tools like Jira, Pendo, Confluence, Tempo
