🎯 What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end recruiting operations and technology
• Conduct data and process audits for quality
• Help manage candidate experience programs
• Attend job fairs and support early career recruiting

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years talent acquisition operational support
• Experience with applicant tracking systems in admin capacity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
