You'll provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email, and chat for real estate software products. You'll resolve challenges using product knowledge and interpersonal skills while logging sessions in our ticketing system.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Support customers via email, chat, and telephone on software products.
- Log details of support sessions and challenges in the ticketing system.
- Diagnose, test, and resolve customer software challenges.
- Answer customer questions with excellent email and telephone etiquette.
📋 Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom ticketing systems.
✨ Nice to Have
- Salesforce CRM familiarity
- Chat support experience
- JIRA ticketing system familiarity
