You'll drive new business acquisition and build the local sales team for a global digital specialist. You'll act as a player-coach, closing high-value opportunities while architecting the sales function from the ground up. This role offers startup autonomy with global company backing.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and close high-value opportunities within ASX 200 companies.
  • Position AI-first business models using Databricks and AWS.
  • Build and own local partnerships with AWS and Databricks.
  • Pivot sales from staff augmentation to outcome-based models.
  • Recruit and mentor a team of Business Development Managers.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven network of decision-makers in FSI and Retail in Australia.
  • Deep understanding of Modern Data Stacks (Databricks, AWS).
  • Experience in value-based selling and outcome-based pricing.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry a sales quota while building a team.
