🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and close high-value opportunities within ASX 200 companies.
- Position AI-first business models using Databricks and AWS.
- Build and own local partnerships with AWS and Databricks.
- Pivot sales from staff augmentation to outcome-based models.
- Recruit and mentor a team of Business Development Managers.
📋 Requirements
- Proven network of decision-makers in FSI and Retail in Australia.
- Deep understanding of Modern Data Stacks (Databricks, AWS).
- Experience in value-based selling and outcome-based pricing.
- Demonstrated ability to carry a sales quota while building a team.
