Description

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will visit geriatric clients in their homes to conduct assessments, develop and execute care plans, and coordinate communications between clients, field staff, and the office. You will supervise Home Health Aides, facilitate new hire orientation, and participate in training to ensure exceptional care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN
• Home Care experience preferred
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Newton, MA and surrounding areas
• Develop and execute client care while coordinating communications between clients, field staff, office, and clinicians
• Supervise and support Home Health Aide staff in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientation for Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants
• Participate in training of new employees and in-services for field staff
