You'll own infrastructure, security, endpoint management, and employee IT experience for a fast-growing digital olfaction company. You'll bring startup speed and Series-B discipline, driving measurable SLAs and risk reduction. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT leader who can be both strategic and tactical.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day IT operations including SSO, MDM, and endpoint security
• Implement and maintain security controls and incident response plans
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for critical SaaS and IT tools
• Coordinate with engineering on cloud identity and network security

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT roles with progressive responsibility
• 3+ years leading IT teams or owning IT for a scaling company
• Hands-on experience with SSO/IdP (Okta), MDM (Jamf, Intune, Kandji), and endpoint security
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building IT processes at Series B startups
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Located in New Jersey or willing to be onsite periodically
