You'll partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation for strategic customers. You'll develop strong relationships as the customer's champion within Five9, driving adoption and growth. This role offers the chance to influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Represent customer voice to cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive adoption.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Coordinate with sales directors, TAMs, and PS on opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of account management in a technology company.
- Strong technical knowledge of contact center technology.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
