🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Experience managing at least 6 Enterprise Account Executives
- C1/C2 proficiency in both English and German
- Proven track record of exceeding personal and team sales goals

- Familiarity with B2B collaboration tools
