Description

In this role, you will take ownership of production processes and equipment at a state-of-the-art RF filter manufacturing facility, working independently while collaborating with engineers and operations. You will sustain multiple processes, troubleshoot problems, run experiments, and support new product introductions to drive quality and throughput.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience with production processes and equipment in a high-mix environment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and running designed experiments
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with process and metrology recipe creation and optimization

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train operators
• Assume primary ownership of area processes and equipment
• Monitor SPC control charts and follow corrective actions
• Support new product introductions and sustain existing processes
• Drive continuous process improvements for yield, cycle time, and cost
