Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM platform, overseeing a team of developers and ensuring seamless integration with other business applications to support customer experience, sales, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of CRM development and architecture experience, with 2+ years as Technical Lead
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Gladly, HubSpot)
• Expertise in integration technologies (APIs, web services)
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM development team, providing technical direction and mentorship
• Oversee CRM system architecture, configuration, monitoring, and customization
• Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, marketing automation, and other systems
• Gather business requirements from sales, marketing, and customer service teams
• Manage CRM projects from inception through delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
