You'll expand our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals in the Pump, Power & HVAC rental space. Your core impact is driving revenue growth through market analysis, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. This role offers uncapped commission with no market restrictions and a supportive tech-enabled environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage territory and execute full sales strategy
• Respond to inbound leads and manage CRM pipeline
• Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships
• Conduct sales presentations and support on-site job activities

📋 Requirements

• Proven outside sales track record
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in equipment rental or construction
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
