You will define and optimize CRM strategies for sweepstakes and social casino products, owning the full customer lifecycle across multiple channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized campaigns and drive measurable ROI.
Requirements
- 2+ years CRM experience in Sweepstakes (social casino)
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end CRM campaigns with measurable impact
- Hands-on experience with Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills including segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and optimize CRM strategy across email, SMS, push, in-app, and onsite for Sweepstakes and Social Casino products
- Own full customer lifecycle for onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value growth
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns with personalization, behavioral segmentation, bonus mechanics, and gamification
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives
- Monitor and report on CRM KPIs such as CLV, retention, conversion, and churn
