📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of production or graphic design experience in an agency or studio.
• Strong portfolio showing digital banner production and multi-format adaptation.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and grid systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with motion design or video editing.
• Familiarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Avocode.
