💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a subject matter expert on commercial contracts, working with internal sales teams, vendors, and customers to mitigate risk. You'll lead contract negotiations, train lawyers, and propose process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate hardware, software, and service agreements
• Lead contract negotiations with sophisticated counterparties
• Train and manage lawyers and outside counsel
• Create and update contract templates and processes

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of a state bar
• At least 5 years of legal experience
• Experience in commercial contract negotiation

✨ Nice to Have

• Government contracts experience
• Data security or litigation experience
