Requirements

• 12+ years in design and art direction
• 7-10+ years in senior leadership roles within creative agencies
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, branding, and visual identity
• Hands-on craft across image-making, retouching, motion, and digital design
• Experience mentoring and developing creative talent

• Serve as central creative force for design craft and visual excellence
