You will lead enterprise client video safety technology deployment, overseeing end-to-end implementation of video-based safety systems. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure seamless integration of hardware and software. Requirements

• 15+ years in project management with at least 3 years focused on technology deployments in video surveillance, safety systems, or IoT/hardware integrations
• Proven track record managing multiple projects including budget oversight and team coordination
• Strong technical knowledge of video technologies and deployment tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• PMP certification or equivalent highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead complex deployment projects for video safety technology
• Develop and maintain project plans, communication strategies, and processes
• Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and client teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate site assessments, client training, and handover documentation
• Identify and mitigate project risks such as technical compatibility or regulatory compliance
