Description

You will coordinate the CRM strategy for Betano in Bulgaria, executing multi-channel campaigns to boost engagement, retention, and cross-sell across Sportsbook and Casino. Collaborate with the CRM Manager and HQ to develop data-driven strategies, monitor performance, and optimize customer journeys.

Requirements

  • 1+ years CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing experience, preferably in tech
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Adobe Campaign or Salesforce; Optimove is a plus)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Proven track record of campaign strategy based on customer insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven CRM strategy tailored to the Bulgarian market
  • Plan and execute personalized campaigns via onsite, email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Monitor lifecycle journeys, optimize campaigns, and ensure timely updates
  • Manage creative development and collaborate with stakeholders (CRM HQ, Content, Legal, CS, Marketing)
  • Track competition trends and propose enhancements to customer experience
