Description

You will own the design of the Command Center overseer experience for autonomous truck monitoring, creating high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating with engineering and product teams to ship solutions that ensure safe and efficient fleet operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design
• Portfolio of exceptional product design and craft
• Experience designing operational tools, dashboards, or workflow management systems
• Strong interaction design skills with high visual design bar
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for the Command Center overseer experience
• Identify and solve highest priority pain points in monitoring and intervention workflows
• Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and product to define and ship solutions
• Influence strategic direction by presenting design rationale to leadership
