You'll manage the end-to-end renewal process for 1Password's security software products, protecting recurring revenue and fostering long-term customer relationships. You'll analyze renewal trends and use customer insights to drive retention and account planning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end renewal process for existing customer accounts.
• Partner with customers to review renewal options and address concerns.
• Analyze renewal trends, license usage, and true-up requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other GTM teams.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success.
• Understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue.
• Experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM tools.
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve efficiency.
• Experience managing Channel customer segments.
