💼 About This Role

You'll build financial models and self-service dashboards for Sophos's global sales teams. Your insights will drive renewals performance and strategic decisions across APJ.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build complex Excel financial models for sales performance drivers
• Develop self-service dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
• Track headcount, risks, and opportunities against plan/forecast
• Prepare monthly reporting and commentary for supported functions

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Revenue & Sales Operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) at advanced level
• Experience in dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Anaplan
• Experience handling multiple regions across Asia Pacific and Japan
• Strong understanding of renewals-driven business model
