Description

This role sits at the intersection of Ad Operations, Publisher Monetization, data, and technology, and is critical to achieving clients' goals. You will provide operational and technical support for publisher clients across Japan, clearly communicating with Japanese-speaking stakeholders. You need strong fluency in Japanese and a foundational understanding of programmatic advertising.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 preferred) and English
• Basic understanding of digital advertising or publisher monetization concepts
• Comfortable working with Excel or spreadsheets
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (CS/IT) or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for publisher clients across Japan
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in Japanese and English
• Support publisher onboarding and implementation using defined processes
• Analyze reports to identify performance trends and anomalies
• Translate data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams
