- Onboard and train new customers to ensure successful adoption
- Proactively engage with customers to drive product usage
- Mitigate at-risk accounts to maintain high retention
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales
📋 Requirements
- 2-3 years experience as a Customer Success Manager at a B2B software company
- Managed a portfolio of accounts with proven track record of reducing churn
- Proficient with customer success tools to prioritize and manage accounts
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Vitally, Qwilr or other sales proposal software
