📋 Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience as a Customer Success Manager at a B2B software company
  • Managed a portfolio of accounts with proven track record of reducing churn
  • Proficient with customer success tools to prioritize and manage accounts

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Vitally, Qwilr or other sales proposal software
