💼 About This Role

You'll be the front line of Reevo's customer experience, resolving issues and educating users while building the foundations of the support function. You'll establish scalable processes and develop deep technical knowledge of the Reevo platform to drive fast, effective resolutions in partnership with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, learning complex systems, and delivering world-class support with empathy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Master Reevo's CRM modules including prospecting, enrichment, and analytics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues via chat, email, and video sessions.
  • Lead and coach the support team to deliver high-quality service.
  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases and playbooks.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Customer Support or Technical Support in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading support operations across multiple channels.
  • Experience building playbooks and managing SLAs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with web applications.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, data integrations, or APIs.
  • IT or software background preferred.
