Description

You will sit at the intersection of release engineering and technical program management, operating as both a builder and a strategist. You will automate the release lifecycle using modern AI tools, manage end-to-end release strategy, and drive engineering velocity.

Requirements

• 7+ years combined experience in release management and technical program management in software or enterprise AI
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, branching strategies, and deployment automation
• Track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder programs from inception through delivery
• Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise SaaS delivery
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and methodologies like Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end release strategy and full release cycle for the C3 AI Platform and Applications
• Build custom tooling using AI coding assistants to streamline branching, build coordination, and dependency tracking
• Define and enforce release criteria through automated quality gates
• Manage hotfixes and patch releases with AI-driven root cause analysis and automated triage
• Engineer workflows to synthesize release notes and generate go-live communications
