💼 About This Role

You'll join the Deal Desk Team to support Twilio's North America Go-to-Market motion. You'll lead non-standard commercial agreements from end-to-end, evaluating tradeoffs across price, term, volume, and risk. This role offers broad cross-functional exposure and the chance to shape selling processes in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted cross-functional relationships with Product, Legal, Billing, Finance, and Sales
• Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals evaluating price, term, volume, and risk
• Lead financial modeling and evaluation of non-standard deal structures
• Manage complex contracts and non-standard terms, including drafting order forms

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree plus 5+ years in Deal Management, Sales Ops, Finance, or related
• Demonstrated ability to manage custom contract requests using pre-approved or new language
• Advanced Excel skills including financial analysis and scenario modeling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities

✨ Nice to Have

• Comprehensive experience in Salesforce, DocuSign, CPQ, Conga CLM
• Experience with MS-Office and/or G-Suite
